RIP COACH TOKIJAN
Former Singapore national player D Tokijan passed away earlier this morning (23/12) at the age of 62.
After his retirement, Coach Tokijan went into coaching at several clubs in local football.
He was part of the coaching panel of Balestier Khalsa that won the Singapore Cup in 2014.

I have long been hesitant to compile this forgotten piece of local football history.
However, the recent passing of Coach D. Tokijan made me alter my thinking; I decided to finally begin this compilation.
I hope that by completing this project will encourage more people to share their own stories, rather than relying solely on old newspaper articles.
