We are looking for an experienced backend engineer to drive the backend engineering work for Company, the world’s first fashion metaverse on blockchain. The backend engineer will work directly with the CEO to develop metaverse backend.
Responsibilities
- Lay the foundation to support and inform metaverse strategy.
- Identify and resolve long-term technical challenges across a broad range of areas, from blockchain to data storage services, from API design to user experience.
- Develop and execute against both short- and long-term roadmaps. Make effective tradeoffs that consider business priorities, user experience, and a sustainable technical foundation.
Skills & Requirements
- Have a strong technical background designing and engineering large-scale systems.
- Have a history of collaborating with and participating in the cryptocurrency and Web3 communities.
- Experiences with Typescript, Kubernetes, Web3.js, Graphql, Nest.js is preferred.
- Familiarity with Rust is also a big plus.
- Serious attention to detail and commitment to excellence;
- Work well cross-functionally and earn trust from co-workers at all levels.
- You are often cited as the inspiration for engineers that join your team.
- Proactive, energetic and relentless towards driving progress;
