Due to active growth, we are looking for Sales manager with suitable experience in web3/crypto field.

It’s very important to be aware of all trends in the Crypto sphere and be ready to become an essential part of our ambitious team! 🚀

🔹 What You Will Be Doing:

1. Attracting new customers and developing relationships with current ones;
2. Planning and managing the sales pipeline;
3. Development of commercial offers;
4. Selling different types of ads, both incoming leads and through cold sales;

🔹 Requirements:

1. 1+ years experience in sales (as a plus IT, crypto market);
2. Excellent English knowledge (B2+);
3. Communication skills: ability to communicate both externally (to senior executive clients) and internally (to key stakeholders) in a clear, compelling, and concise manner;
4. Good knowledge of web 3.0 and project evaluation experience (IDO, ICO, IEO, Launchpads);

🔹 As a plus:

1. Knowledge of Russian;
2. You have a database of contacts and sales channels;
3. Understanding of advertising metrics (CPC, CPM, CPA, CPL);
