Правительство создаст реестр инвесторов в криптовалюты, чья идентификация будет проводиться при помощи паспорта и ИНН.
☝️Как сообщает газета «Известия» со ссылкой на источники, близкие к ЦБ и Минфину, создание реестра должно сделать индустрию цифровых валют в России более прозрачной. Также она поможет в борьбе с отмыванием средств.
В частности, отмечают источники издания, идентификация криптоинвесторов исключит вероятность проведения анонимных расчётов. Чтобы иметь возможность вкладывать средства в ICO, им нужно будет пройти обязательную сертификацию.
Напомним, в середине апреля эксперты Российской ассоциации криптовалют и блокчейна (РАКИБ) проанализировали сразу три нормативных акта, касающихся отечественного крипторынка. Аналитики пришли к выводу о том, что законопроекты помешают обороту криптовалют.
❗️Они заключили, что в проектах законов отсутствует возможность для отечественных компаний и физлиц покупать токены и цифровую валюту за границей, а также осуществлять первичное размещение монет в других юрисдикциях.
❗️В РАКИБ предложили доработать законопроекты, сделав их более универсальными в части применяемой терминологии. Также необходимо привести к единому стандарту все определения статуса цифровой валюты, заключили они.

🔽Стоимость монеты Binance Coin (BNB) в пятницу 18 мая всего за несколько часов подорожала на 20%. Причиной этому послужило объявление, сделанное ее эмитентом Binance, одной из крупнейших криптобирж. Суть заключается в том, что теперь держатели большого количество BNB будут получать в два раза больший реферальный бонус.
BNB не обращает внимания на медвежий рынок
❗️В пятницу Binance Coin стабильно торговался в пределах 12-13 долларов США, но приблизительно к часу дня по МСК стоимость BNB стала постепенно расти. В течение 2-3 часов цена за монету достигла $16,2, после чего стоимость умеренно корректируется.
