Один из крупнейших в мире поставщиков платежных терминалов Verifone вступил в сотрудничество с криптопроцессинговым сервисом BitPay, сообщает Bloomberg.
❗️Благодаря этому в последних моделях терминалов Verifone в США до конца года появится поддержка различных криптовалютных кошельков и токенов. BitPay пообещала обеспечить повышенную защиту от колебаний цен – для этого после осуществления транзакции деньги сразу будут зачисляться на банковский счет продавца в традиционной валюте.
🔺«Мы просто хотим предоставить потребителям такую возможность, — заявил CEO Verifone Майк Пулли. – Желают ли они расплачиваться за пиццу Visa, AmEx или криптовалютой, для нас не имеет значения. Мы просто хотим обеспечить их гибкостью, чтобы они платили так, как сами этого желают».
По словам Пулли, торговые точки уже проявляют значительный интерес к предложению:

One of the world's largest suppliers of payment terminals, Verifone, has entered into cooperation with the crypto processing service BitPay, Bloomberg reports.
❗️Thanks to this, the latest models of Verifone terminals in the United States will support various cryptocurrency wallets and tokens by the end of the year. BitPay promised to provide increased protection against price fluctuations - for this, after the transaction is completed, the money will be immediately credited to the seller's bank account in traditional currency.
“We just want to give consumers that opportunity,” said Mike Pulley, CEO of Verifone. - Whether they want to pay for pizza with Visa, AmEx or cryptocurrency, it doesn't matter to us. We just want to give them the flexibility to pay the way they want it. ”
Pulli says retailers are already showing significant interest in the offer:
