Концерн «Автоматика», входящий в госкорпорацию «Ростех», и IT-холдинг «Цитадель» создали совместное предприятие (СП). Проект был запущен на базе научно-производственной компании «Криптонит». СП предстоит заниматься созданием продуктов в сфере криптографии, Big Data, машинного обучения и т.д. Об этом сообщает «Коммерсант».
Процедуры по созданию СП еще не завершены, стороны инвестируют в проект 4 млрд рублей.
💥Новая компания будет находиться на территории концерна «Автоматика». Ей предстоит заниматься созданием корпоративных IT-продуктов на базе военных разработок в области информационной безопасности. Сфера деятельности — криптография, хранение больших данных, квантовые вычисления, машинное обучение, телекоммуникационные стандарты и их безопасность. Также в числе направлений работы — привлечение средств для коммерциализации решений, которые создаются в оборонной промышленности.
✔️Эксперты считают, что новое СП будет перспективным. В связи с реализацией требований «закона Яровой» и цифровизацией российской экономики продукты, которые будет выпускать компания, могут быть довольно востребованными.
