В своем прошении Telegram отрицает все обвинения со стороны SEC о том, что токены Gram являются незарегистрированными ценными бумагами, которые продавались инвесторам в нарушение закона.
Адвокаты Telegram заявляют, что компания провела ICO на законных основаниях, а часть полученных средств была направлена на развитие и запуск платформы TON. Юристы отметили, что несмотря на определенное количество проданных токенов, они еще не были выпущены и распределены между инвесторами. Причем после запуска блокчейна TON токены Gram будут криптовалютой, а не ценными бумагами.

Telegram lawyers say that the company conducted an ICO legally, and part of the proceeds was used to develop and launch the TON platform. Lawyers noted that despite a certain number of tokens sold, they have not yet been issued and distributed among investors. Moreover, after the launch of the TON blockchain, Gram tokens will be cryptocurrency, not securities.
One of the main SEC specialists, Steven Peikin, believes that token issuers will not be able to evade compliance with US federal securities laws by simply calling their product cryptocurrency or a digital token.

На часовом тайм-фрейме можно различить довольно вялый отскок в область 8550.00 USD, цена BTC пытается консолидироваться на этом уровне.
На дневном графике цена пробила поддержку двухсотдневной скользящей средней и нам остаётся только наблюдать развернёт ли уровень 8500.00 USD, пару на восстановление.
Если быки смогут перехватить инициативу, то цена восстановится до уровня 9200.00 USD. Если же уровень восемь с половиной окажется слабой поддержкой, то снижение продолжится в район отметки 7950.00 USD.
🔹ETH/USD Вчера утром медведи прорвали уровень поддержки часовой EMA55 и достигли линии POC (183.03 USD). До конца дня линия Point of Control индикатора Volume Profile удерживала пару от снижения, но сегодня утром продавцы усилили натиск и обозначили минимум в точке 180.00 USD.
Отскок в область 182.00 USD выглядит довольно слабым. Некоторое время цена ETH будет пытаться удержаться в консолидации под линией POC, но если медведи возобновят усиленное давление, то ближайшей поддержкой может выступать уровень 176.00 USD.

Libra Association сейчас зарегистрирована в Швейцарии, где в ближайшее время появится и штаб представительства. За первые два месяца работы специалистам ассоциации удалось произвести 51 тысячу транзакций. Для получения максимально точной картины использовались переводы с различными суммами.

Несмотря на давление со стороны регуляторов, Libra продолжает готовиться к полноценному релизу, запланированному на следующий год. Сейчас мы решаем вопросы с регуляторами, которые требуют четкого плана по противодействию отмыванию денег, но разработать его невозможно без проведения испытаний», — рассказали представители Libra Association.
