Один из крупнейших бразильских кофейных кооперативов Minasul планирует выпустить собственную криптовалюту, которая будет обеспечена кофейными зернами.
🔺Сообщается, что производители кофе смогут тратить монеты в онлайн-магазине Minasul. За криптовалюту можно будет купить такие товары, как удобрения или оборудование для выращивания и обработки кофе, а также продукты питания и даже автомобили.
❗️Интересно, что фермеры смогут получать криптовалюту не только в обмен на уже выращенный урожай, но и под обязательство выплаты части будущего урожая. Правда, обменять все собранное кофе не получится – фермерам разрешено продавать за криптовалюту только треть текущего урожая, 20% следующего и 10% урожая, который будет еще через год.
Президент Minasul Хосе Маркос Магальес (Jose Marcos Magalhaes) рассказал, что использование криптовалюты поможет снизить комиссии и издержки, так как фермерам не нужно будет оформлять сделку по обмену кофе у нотариуса. Кофейный кооператив планирует продолжать развивать свои цифровые инициативы – следующим шагом должен стать запуск мобильного приложения для продажи кофейных зерен.

🔺 It is reported that coffee makers will be able to spend coins in the Minasul online store. For cryptocurrency, you can buy products such as fertilizers or equipment for growing and processing coffee, as well as food and even cars.
❗️It is interesting that farmers will be able to receive cryptocurrency not only in exchange for the crop already grown, but also under the obligation to pay part of the future crop. True, it is impossible to exchange all the collected coffee - farmers are allowed to sell only one-third of the current crop for cryptocurrency, 20% of the next and 10% of the crop, which will be in a year.
Minasul President Jose Marcos Magalhaes said that using cryptocurrency will help reduce commissions and costs, as farmers will not need to draw up a deal to exchange coffee at a notary. The coffee cooperative plans to continue developing its digital initiatives - the next step is to launch a mobile application for the sale of coffee beans.
