Регулятивная «песочница» Банка России проводит тестирование цифровых валют, обеспеченных реальными активами. Об этом заявила глава ЦБ РФ Эльвира Набиуллина, пишет «Интерфакс».
По ее словам, в «песочницу» обращаются компании, желающие выпустить стейблкоины, а банк изучает работу этих токенов: будут они средством для платежей или же денежными суррогатами.
Также Эльвира Набиуллина подтвердила планы центробанка по выпуску собственного токена.
🔺«Прежде всего, надо понимать, какие будут преимущества для наших граждан, для бизнеса, например, по сравнению с системами быстрых платежей, потому что выпуск цифрового рубля может иметь серьезные последствия в виде изменения структуры финансового рынка, бегства вкладов и перетока средств», — отметила она.
В целом глава Банка России полагает, что интерес к криптовалютам в России снизился.
🔺«Но, тем не менее, есть те, кто искренне верит в эту перспективу. И не только те, кто хотел бы заработать. По сути дела, это создание системы частных денег без вмешательства государства», — добавила Набиуллина.

Elvira Nabiullina also confirmed the plans of the central bank to issue its own token.
