Криптовалютная биржа BitMEX обновила условия использования своего сервиса и ограничила доступ к платформе для ряда стран.
✅Согласно обновлённым правилам, резидентам и гражданам Соединённых Штатов и Квебека (Канада) запрещено использовать BitMEX в связи с законами о ценных бумагах в этих странах. Кроме того, площадка теперь также закрыта для пользователей из Кубы, Крыма, Ирана, Сирии, Северной Кореи и Ирана.
🔺 «Вам не разрешается осуществлять доступ или использовать Услуги или Торговую платформу, если Вы находитесь, зарегистрированы или иным образом созданы на территории следующих стран, а также если Вы являетесь гражданином или резидентом следующих стран: Соединенные Штаты Америки, провинция Квебек в Канаде, Куба, Крым и Севастополь, Иран, Сирия, Северная Корея или Судан; любые государство, страна или другая юрисдикция, подпадающие под эмбарго Соединенных Штатов Америки», – говорится в обновлённом документе.
📌Ещё одно изменение касается прав собственности на так называемые «производные работы», созданные пользователями платформы. По новым правилам, родительская компания BitMEX HDR имеет право использовать эти продукты в любых целях, включая коммерческие.

✅According to the updated rules, residents and citizens of the United States and Quebec (Canada) are prohibited from using BitMEX in connection with securities laws in these countries. In addition, the site is now also closed to users from Cuba, the Crimea, Iran, Syria, North Korea and Iran.
