Исландский финансовый регулятор (Financial Supervisory Authority) выдал лицензию первой криптовалютной бирже, торгующей биткоинами. Обслуживать местных криптотрейдеров будет платформа Skiptimynt, сообщает портал BitcoinNews со ссылкой на пресс-центр FSA.
Инвесторы смогут торговать биткоином, а также Aurora Coin в парах с исландской кроной. Криптовалюта Aurora Coin была создана в 2014 году в качестве национальной альтернативы биткоину.
Следует отметить, что Skiptimynt — не первая криптовалютная торговая площадка в Исландии.
📍Впервые сделки с цифровыми активами в стране в 2016 году начала обслуживать платформа ISX, однако регулятор разрешил ей транзакции только в паре Aurorа Coin / исландская крона. Aurorа Coin большой популярностью не пользуется, и интерес трейдеров к криптобирже ISX был минимальным. Общий объём транзакций на этой площадке в сутки не превышал $376.

The Icelandic financial regulator (Financial Supervisory Authority) issued a license to the first crypto exchange, trading bitcoins. Serving local crypto traders will be the Skiptimynt platform, the BitcoinNews portal reports with reference to the FSA press center.
Investors will be able to trade bitcoin, as well as Aurora Coin in pairs with the Icelandic krona. Crypto currency Aurora Coin was established in 2014 as a national alternative to bitcoin.
It should be noted that Skiptimynt is not the first crypto currency trading platform in Iceland.
