Центробанк РФ будет оказывать содействие запуску цифровых активов, если они не станут вытеснять из оборота государственную регулируемую валюту. Об этом заявила глава ЦБ Эльвира Набиуллина во время своего выступления на совместном заседании комитетов Госдумы.
Она подчеркнула:Как и многие страны, мы изучаем цифровую валюту центральных банков. Одними из самых продвинутых здесь выступают Китай и Швеция, но пока это только процесс изучения.
Банк России выступает сторонником развития финансовых технологий, однако считает, что государственная валюта должна сохранять доминирующее положение на внутреннем рынке.
🖍Набиуллина надеется, что в ближайшее время российский парламент примет законодательство о регулировании криптовалютной индустрии. Это поможет игрокам рынка действовать в определенных правилах и получать юридическую защиту.
Однако ЦБ категорически против выхода так называемых частных денег. Если токены будут выпускаться в качестве альтернативы традиционным деньгам, то регулятор не намерен поддерживать этот процесс, резюмировала глава ЦБ.
Отметим, что в Госдуме ранее сообщали о намерении парламентариев принять криптовалютное законодательство до конца текущего года.

The Central Bank of the Russian Federation will assist in the launch of digital assets if they do not displace state-regulated currency from circulation. This was stated by the head of the Central Bank Elvira Nabiullina during his speech at a joint meeting of the State Duma committees.
She emphasized: Like many countries, we study the digital currency of central banks. Some of the most advanced here are China and Sweden, but so far this is only a process of study.
The Bank of Russia advocates the development of financial technologies, but believes that the state currency should maintain a dominant position in the domestic market.
Nabiullina hopes that in the near future the Russian parliament will adopt legislation on the regulation of the cryptocurrency industry. This will help market players to act in certain rules and receive legal protection.
