Обновление протокола Agharta было успешно запущено в блокчейне Ethereum Classic на блоке 9 573 000 12 января в 09:26 МСК, сообщает ETC Cooperative.
🔺«Форк прошёл гладко, как и ожидалось, при высоком уровне участия нод Parity-Ethereum и Multi-Geth, – пишет исполнительный директор ETC Cooperative Боб Саммервилл. – Большинство нод Classic Geth не обновилось вопреки рекомендациям. Теперь эти ноды не могут поддерживать консенсус с сетью».
По данным Etcnodes, 56,9% нод ETC приняли участие в обновлении.
🔺«Проблема разрозненности клиентов в ETC обратна ситуации в ETH, где доминирует Parity-Ethereum, – отметил Саммервилл в отдельном заявлении. – Поддержка Geth Classic прекращается после этого форка. Похоже, большинство операторов нод прислушалось к совету и перешло на другое ПО».
📌Agharta добавляет в ETC коды операций Ethereum, интегрированные в последний вместе с хард форком Constantinople. Как и состоявшееся в сентябре обновление Atlantis, он направлен на обеспечение совместимости двух цепей. Constantinople включал в себя четыре предложения по улучшению Ethereum (EIP), в первую очередь связанных с оптимизациями для разработчиков, редактированием кода для масштабирования в будущем и исправлениями экономики.

🔺 “The fork went smoothly, as expected, with a high level of participation of the Parity-Ethereum and Multi-Geth nodes,” writes Bob Summerville, Executive Director of the ETC Cooperative. - Most Classic Geth nodes have not been updated contrary to recommendations. Now these nodes cannot maintain consensus with the network. ”
According to Etcnodes, 56.9% of the ETC nodes took part in the update.

📌Agharta adds Ethereum opcodes to ETC, integrated in the latter along with hard fork Constantinople. Like the Atlantis update in September, it aims to make the two circuits compatible. Constantinople included four suggestions for improving Ethereum (EIP), primarily related to optimizations for developers, editing code for future scaling, and economic fixes.
