«Великий китайский файрвол» неожиданно ограничил гражданам страны доступ к одному из наиболее популярных обозревателей блокчейна Эфириума Etherscan.io.
По данным сервиса Greatfire.org, который отслеживает доступ из Китая к заблокированным сайтам, Etherscan.io был заблокирован еще 30 октября. Жители Поднебесной не могут попасть на сайт без использования VPN. Это первый случай блокировки обозревателя блокчейна в Китае.
🔺«Это еще один пример разногласий между децентрализованным блокчейном, данные в котором невозможно подделать, и контролирующим все и вся централизованным правительством Китая. Мы должны ожидать аналогичных проблем в будущем, так как блокчейн все больше используется в китайской экономике и повседневной жизни граждан», – заявил генеральный директор инвестиционной компании Sino Global Capital Мэтью Грэхэм (Matthew Graham).

The “Great Chinese Firewall” unexpectedly restricted the country's citizens access to one of the most popular Ethereum blockchain observers Etherscan.io.
According to Greatfire.org, which tracks access from China to blocked sites, Etherscan.io was blocked on October 30th. Residents of the Middle Kingdom can not get to the site without using a VPN. This is the first blockchain browser lockout in China.
🔺 “This is another example of a disagreement between a decentralized blockchain in which data cannot be faked and the centralized government of China controlling everything. We should expect similar problems in the future, as the blockchain is increasingly used in the Chinese economy and the daily lives of citizens, ”said Matthew Graham, CEO of Sino Global Capital, an investment company.
At the moment, the specific reason for the blocking of the Ethereum blockchain browser is unknown.
