📌Grayscale Digital Large Cap Fund (DLC) включает в свой состав пять крупнейших криптовалют в следующих актуальных на текущий момент пропорциях: биткоин (80,6%), Ethereum (9,2%), XRP (6%), Bitcoin Cash (2,5%) и Litecoin (1,7%). Инструмент будет доступен трейдерам на внебиржевой платформе OTCQX Best Market под тикером GDLCF.
✔️DLC был запущен в 2018 году в качестве не имеющего ограничений фонда, позволяющего инвесторам получать доступ к криптовалютным активам, представляющим 70% верхней границы капитализации рынка.

Digital asset management company Grayscale Investments is preparing to introduce a diversified cryptocurrency investment product for public circulation.
YscGrayscale Digital Large Cap Fund (DLC) includes the five largest cryptocurrencies in the following currently relevant proportions: Bitcoin (80.6%), Ethereum (9.2%), XRP (6%), Bitcoin Cash (2 , 5%) and Litecoin (1.7%). The tool will be available to traders on the OTCQX Best Market OTC platform under the ticker symbol GDLCF.
✔️DLC was launched in 2018 as an unrestricted fund, allowing investors to access cryptocurrency assets, representing 70% of the upper limit of market capitalization.
✅According to Grayscale, the GDLCF will be the first publicly available security in the United States tied to a basket of digital assets. Rebalancing of the fund is carried out on a quarterly basis. For Grayscale, this will be the fourth listing. Earlier, the company opened access to a wide range of investors for its trusts tied to Bitcoin (GBTC), Ethereum (ETHE) and Ethereum Classic (ETCG).
Today's announcement was preceded by Grayscale's approval of two organizations: the Financial Services Industry Regulatory Services (FINRA) and the Depository Trust Company (DTC).
☝️ Registration of Grayscale instruments in their current form with the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) is not required. However, the company recently announced that it had voluntarily turned to the SEC, wishing to make its GBTC Bitcoin Fund controlled by the regulator.
