✅Оказалось, что владельцы криптовалют довольно часто используют биткоин и другие криптовалюты для покупки продуктов и одежды. В то же время треть опрошенных считает, что цифровые монеты в основном используются для покупки акций и нелегальных товаров.
Как обычно, главное препятствие для использования криптовалют – это их высокая волатильность, в то время есть много людей, которые хотели бы использовать их как средство оплаты повседневных вещей.
📌Visual Objects опросила 983 человека, которые понимают, что такое криптовалюты, а также 157 владельцев криптовалют.
У первой группы спросили, что, по их мнению, предпочитают покупать владельцы криптовалют. 40% сказали, что криптовалюты в основном меняют на акции, а 30% упомянули нелегальные предметы. Очень немногие считают, что владельцы криптовалют покупают одежду (15%) и еду (14%).
Картина оказалась совершенно иной, когда опросили самих владельцев криптомонет. Они сказали, что используют свои криптовалюты для покупки продуктов питания (38%), одежды (34%), акций (29%) и золота (21%). 15%, всё-таки, признались, что покупали оружие, а 11% – наркотики.
В целом результаты опроса говорят о том, что криптовалюты используются для повседневных покупок чаще, чем думает широкая публика, – это 72%, приходящиеся на продукты и одежду.

As usual, the main obstacle to using cryptocurrencies is their high volatility, while there are many people who would like to use them as a means of paying for everyday things.
ObjectVisual Objects interviewed 983 people who understand what cryptocurrencies are, as well as 157 cryptocurrency owners.
The first group was asked what, in their opinion, owners of cryptocurrencies prefer to buy. 40% said that cryptocurrencies were mostly exchanged for stocks, while 30% mentioned illegal items. Very few people think that cryptocurrency owners buy clothes (15%) and food (14%).
The picture was completely different when they interviewed the owners of cryptocurrencies. They said they use their cryptocurrencies to buy food (38%), clothes (34%), stocks (29%) and gold (21%). 15%, nevertheless, admitted that they bought weapons, and 11% - drugs.
In general, the survey results indicate that cryptocurrencies are used for everyday purchases more often than the general public thinks - this is 72% attributable to food and clothing.
