✅На семинаре, посвященном состоянию и перспективам международного финансового центра Гонконга, Му Чанчунь (Mu Changchun) заявил, что Народный банк Китая (НБК) и Управление денежного обращения Гонконга (HKMA) успешно завершили первую фазу тестирования трансграничных платежей с использованием цифрового юаня. На втором этапе планируется изучить возможность объединения системы цифровой валюты с системой быстрых платежей Faster Payments Service (FPS), а также повысить эффективность платежей за счет адаптации цифровой валюты ЦБ под запросы населения Китая и Гонконга.
🔺«В будущем, когда туристы с материка будут использовать цифровой юань для покупок в Гонконге, обмен валюты будет осуществляться между двумя кошельками, а местные продавцы будут получать деньги в гонконгских долларах, поэтому конвертации не будет», – заявил Чанчунь.
