Служба безопасности АвтоВАЗа обнаружила в одном из цехов завода в Тольятти ферму для майнинга криптовалют. Оборудование было тайно установлено в электрических шкафах в 19-м зале управления конвейерами.
🔺«Специалисты безопасности установили, что для функционирования криптофермы нарушитель использовал коммуникационный интернет-канал при помощи USB 4G-модема, благодаря чему получал удаленный доступ к своему оборудованию. По данным журнала событий исследованного управляющего блока, криптоферма функционировала с ноября 2017 года», – сообщается в корпоративной газете автозавода «Волжский автостроитель».
☝️По предварительным данным, ферма существовала с ноября 2017 года. За это время ее владелец заработал на биткоинах свыше 1,2 млн рублей. А общая сумма затрат АвтоВАЗа на похищенную электроэнергию составила более 600 тысяч рублей.
Личность злоумышленника уже установлена, с ним работают правоохранительные органы.
☝️Напомним, в начале октября Госдума предложила облагать майнинг налогами как вид бизнеса. Однако, чтобы подвести майнинг под налогообложение, данному виду бизнеса необходимо дать определение на законодательном уровне и прописать в законе «О цифровых финансовых активах».
❗️Упомянутый законопроект был внесен в Госдуму РФ в марте этого года, в мае документ прошел первое чтение. В июне стало известно, что законодатели заменили в нем понятия «цифровые деньги» и «цифровая валюта» на «цифровые права» вопреки позиции Минфина. В сентябре сообщалось, что из закона, призванного регулировать цифровые валюты, удалили понятия «майнинг» и «криптовалюта».

The AvtoVAZ security service found a farm for mining of cryptocurrencies in one of the shops of the plant in Tolyatti. The equipment was secretly installed in electrical cabinets in the 19th conveyor control room.
🔺 “Security experts established that the intruder used an Internet communication channel using a USB 4G modem for the operation of the crypto farm, thereby gaining remote access to its equipment. According to the event log of the investigated control unit, the crypto farm has operated since November 2017, ”the corporate newspaper of the Volga Avtostroitel car factory reported.
☝️ According to preliminary data, the farm has existed since November 2017. During this time, its owner has earned over 1.2 million rubles on bitcoins. And the total cost of AvtoVAZ on the stolen electricity amounted to more than 600 thousand rubles.
