Ямайская фондовая биржа (JSE) в партнерстве с канадским финтех-стартапом Blockstation вскоре начнет тестирование сделок с биткоином (BTC) и Ethereum (ETH).
❗️Согласно пресс-релизу, партнеры заключили генеральное соглашение, которое позволяет “торговать цифровыми активами в режиме реального времени в регулируемой и защищенной среде”.
✅Тестирование торговли BTC и ETC станет частью второго этапа пилотного проекта. В первой фазе пилота JSE и Blockstation в течение 60 дней проводили эксперимент по реальной торговле криптовалютой, в котором участвовали регулируемые брокеры-дилеры, маркет-мейкеры и Центральный депозитарий Ямайки.
📌На втором этапе пилота участие в торговле двумя ведущими криптовалютами смогут принять розничные инвесторы через JSE и участвующих брокеров-дилеров с соблюдением процедур KYC/AML. Точную дата начала этапа компании не назвали.
Кроме того в рамках генерального партнерства JSE и Blockstation намерены оказать поддержку малым и средним предприятиям (МСП) в привлечении капитала с помощью размещений security-токенов (STO).

The Jamaican Stock Exchange (JSE) in partnership with the Canadian FINTECH startup Blockstation will soon begin testing Bitcoin (BTC) and Ethereum (ETH) transactions.
❗️ According to the press release, the partners entered into a general agreement that allows you to “trade digital assets in real time in a regulated and protected environment.”
✅Testing BTC and ETC trading will be part of the second phase of the pilot project. In the first phase, the JSE and Blockstation pilots conducted an experiment on real cryptocurrency for 60 days, in which regulated brokers-dealers, market makers and the Central Depository of Jamaica participated.
📌In the second stage, the pilot will be able to participate in the trade of the two leading cryptocurrencies by retail investors through the JSE and the participating broker-dealers in compliance with the KYC / AML procedures. The exact date of the start of the stage of the company did not name.
In addition, as part of the general partnership, JSE and Blockstation intend to support small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in raising capital through the placement of security tokens (STO).
