Компания ЮMoney (бывшая Яндекс.Деньги) предупредила криптовалютные обменники, сотрудничающие с агрегатором Bestсhange, о запрете использования их кошелька для оборота цифровой валюты с 1 января 2021 года.
С 25 декабря компания запретит пользователям пополнять электронный кошелек криптовалютами, оставив только вывод средств. С 31 декабря будут заблокированы все расходные операции.
✏️По словам юристов одного из лицензированных сервисов, попасть под запрет должны только операции с криптоактивами, но не обмен валют. Однако механизм правоприменения будет понятен в январе.
🔹С 3 августа российским пользователям сервисов ЮMoney, Qiwi-Кошелек, WebMoney, PayPal, VK Pay и других запрещено их анонимное пополнение через платежные терминалы и офисы операторов связи. Для пополнения карты им следует идентифицироваться и привязать банковский счет к кошельку.
