Распоряжение судьи предписывает всем сторонам не позднее 8 мая представить предложения по графику для ответчиков, чтобы ответить на исправленную жалобу.
Ранее истцы Кристин Грабли и Дональдом Бердо нарушили процедуру, не предоставив обновленного письма о статусе судебных повесток ответчикам за март и за апрель. Валери Капрони обязала их не позднее 16 апреля уведомить суд о «причине, почему процесс стоит продолжать».
Представитель истцов, юридическая фирма Levi & Korsinsky LLP, 16 апреля потребовала отмены решения о приостановке иска, заявив, что Грабли и Бердо «готовы оперативно приступить к судебному разбирательству».
Двое из ответчиков, Дэвид Пайк и Марк Скотт, подали возражение против отмены приостановки. Они потребовали продолжить ее до «окончательного разрешения уголовных дел, рассматриваемых в отношении каждого из них».

Previously, plaintiffs Christine Rake and Donald Birdo violated the procedure by not providing an updated letter on the status of subpoenas to the defendants for March and April. Valerie Kaproni ordered them to notify the court no later than April 16 of the "reason why the process should continue."
📘A representative of the plaintiffs, law firm Levi & Korsinsky LLP, on April 16, demanded the annulment of the decision to suspend the lawsuit, saying that Rakes and Birdo "are ready to proceed quickly with the trial."
Two of the defendants, David Pike and Mark Scott, objected to the cancellation of the suspension. They demanded to continue it until the "final resolution of the criminal cases pending in respect of each of them."
