معماری نامه

حصول اطمینان از اینکه میزان کافی از اطلاعات به ترتیب و توالی منطقی در نامه ذکر شود، پلان نامه نگاری نامیده میشود.

🔸 از خود بپرسید که هدف شما از نوشتن نامه چیست و در عین حال انتظار دارید چه پاسخی در جواب نامه تان دریافت کنید.

🔹 نکات و کلمات کلیدی که برایتان حیاتی و واجب است را به ترتیب روال یادداشت کنید تا در طی پاراگراف ها به آنها اشاره کنید.

مثلا، من قصد دارم در راستای بازاریابی فروش محصولات شرکت خودم با مدیر یک فروشگاه بزرگ نامه نگاری کنم:
