Elvis Amoroso submits electoral records to the TSJ but canceled his statements

The president of the National Electoral Council (CNE), Elvis Amoroso, went to the headquarters of the Supreme Court of Justice (TSJ) to submit the minutes of the counting of votes from the polling stations, for the final total of the presidential elections of July 28.

According to official media, the court also presented evidence of the alleged cyber attack on the computer system.

It should be noted that Amoroso went to the TSJ together with the 4 main rectors and 8 substitutes. He signed the record of the consignment, however, it was not clear in what format the requested records were delivered.

He warned that the powers of the Electoral Power are being ignored and that the tasks of totalization and audits have not been completed .

González concluded by stating that the CNE has not yet produced a result for the presidential elections in accordance with the Constitution and the law.
