Tokayev stated that during his visit to the Russian Federation, a declaration will be signed on the transition of Moscow and Astana to the level of comprehensive strategic partnership.
The relations between Kazakhstan and the Russian Federation have a decisive influence on many fundamental processes in Eurasia. The countries have built exemplary relations, Tokayev said.
