It’s always so noticeable when it’s the last day of their stay.

Tijger in particular is letting me know very clearly that he just wants to enjoy our time together a little more.

He has been meowing to get my attention, comes for cuddles and wants to play. He usually sleeps most of the day, but not today.

Staying a whole month with me gave them a new routine, new experiences and impressions.
In the beginning he was so shy and he really grew to me over the weeks.

I will miss them both a lot, but such is life as a cat sitter.
I know they will also be happy again to see their parents and be home in their own familiar environment and neighborhood 🥹❤️

Also Pippi knows she is going home tomorrow.
So last night she decided to sleep with me
under the blankets and cuddle up against me.
Something she never does, not even at home. 🥹❤️

Pippi and Tijger went back home again and already freely roaming their own neighborhood .

We’ve had a wonderful month together and I will miss them a lot. 🥹

But the next two are already arriving on Tuesday 🥰

Benji & Banjo are staying with me for the first time!
They will be staying for 6 days and I’m really looking forward to get to know them 🥰

Banjo is supposedly the shy one, but she is the first to come for cuddles, exploring and play 🥰

Benji is having a bit of a hard time, she is still shy and she also has an allergy that affects her eye, so I can imagine it is not very pleasant for her yet.
Thankfully I was able to give her the medication she needs.

Banjo is doing very well and loves to play and cuddle. 😍
She wants to be supportive of her sister but Benji is not having it yet. 🥹

Benji likes to hide and doesn’t feel quite safe yet. But I showed her the comfort of the hammock.
She just wasn’t fully ready for it yet, but it will come when she is ❤️

Benji has come to terms with the fact that is is staying here, so now i’m getting overloaded with cuddles 🥰

She hasn't had time to find out as she was hiding a lot.
But I think she is now enjoying her stay a bit more 🥰

The Pet Store Manager

I love the pet store in my neighborhood, the cat always sits there cashing in cuddles.

And the store cockatoo always screams "Hello!" in Dutch as soon he sees a familiar face. 🦜

So I always hang out longer than I should 😂

Pippi & Tijger are back home for a while now, and I’m pleased to hear and see that they get along now at home.

They are much softer and more relaxed together. Tijger now allows his human to give belly rubs and kisses too 🥰

Sometimes a change of environment can change a relationship too. ❤️

Benji is completely trusting me now.
She loved the massage device so much that she had me massage her for 15 minutes and another 5 minutes of brushing.

We made a relaxing Spa moment out of it 🥹🥰

As Benji was mostly hidden, Banjo spend the evenings with me playing, brushing and cuddling.

She also sleeps on my bed every night from day one! 🥰
She is absolutely adorable ❤️

Today was a quiet but happy Sunday.
Lots of napping and cuddling for Benji and Banjo.

They've also been outside a lot, where they just loved staring at the birds and listening to all the sounds. 😍
