First realization that the ‘old situation’ does no longer suit you
Then friction in order to un-attach and break free
Stugge and fear about letting go of the old you/situation without seeing a new horizon
Seeing glimpses of the new... awe and hope
Feeling of walking in a thick fog... not able to see clear. Not able to see the future or the past...no hope... frustration and feeling lost
Then it’s time to remember: it’s always the darkest before dawn
You are almost there

A recent breakthrough I had on the Art of TRUST.......
When we don't trust ourselves, we feel unworthy. Trust is about knowing who you are and who someone else is. If you don't know who someone is, how can you really, truly trust them? And if you don't know who you are, if you're riddled with self-doubt and harsh judgment for yourself, then you aren't truly capable of trusting yourself either. To know who you are is to know your values, your desires. Do you resonate more with self-aggrandizement and control over others, or unconditionally accepting both others and yourself? Knowing who you are is the first step to establishing real trust in yourself and what you are capable of accomplishing. And when you trust yourself, you can trust others far more easily, because viewing others from the point of self-knowledge means you have a stable platform from which to view them. And it also means you are capable of more easily discerning who is unworthy of your trust.
