You have created an artificial world based upon the limited programming of your mind. Then, you have conditioned your mind to think even more limited than before. The human body, and the human mind were initially designed to function perfectly fine, attuned to Earth, and all the natural elements. The human body knew no disease, and it was created to support your spirit to have the experience of physicality.
You have stopped this process by imposing strict schedules to your daily activities, and by separating yourselves from nature. Then, not even that you have left the heavenly forests, mountains and freshly waters of your planet behind, but you have then started to cause them harm.
Once you did so you have interrupted the connection with your planet.

We would like you to understand that all that you perceive through your five senses is a distorted information, an interpretation of a vibrational input. The information is distorted because your brain does not have the ability to read it as it is.

As you do not understand that everything is alive, you treat your planet in such a way that the vibration that you put in through your thoughts, emotions and mostly your actions, comes back to you and affect your overall system.

As we have started to say, the human body was perfectly designed for life on Earth. And it functioned so for hundreds of years. During the first civilisation of Atlantis, people knew no disease, nor did they need to “fix” their bodies in any way.
Life was perfectly tuned and in communion with the planet.

You have taught your children not to live and be guided by nature and animals, but by your minds that have lost the communion with all that is. Therefore, instead of allowing the perfectly designed body to adjust itself, to heal, to eat whenever and whatever it wished to, you have created a pre-determined way of living, fixed schedules and artificial environments that do not allow the human body to be in sync with nature any more. You have taught your children to receive only the food you give to them, and only in the quantity you wish to, and that food which you think that it the best for them. You have stopped even their physical expression of their natural needs by using diapers.

Later, instead of teaching them how to ask for guidance from the stars, how to tune with the planetary movements, and how to receive light from the sun, instead of teaching them how to live in harmony with the animals and how to learn from them... you have created a false society in which the values were not related to nature, but to an economical growth.

You have then became more and more unhappy, therefore your needs for comfort have increased. In that way you have started to create large building structures, and luxurious way of living, separating yourselves from nature even more. A high need for comfort and your ability to assure it cannot be called evolution. There is a high lack of unhappiness underline.

Then you have placed yourself in front of a computer for a number of hours per day, sent your children to school so they can learn to do the same thing.

You have started harming the planet even more by your own means. You consider your behaviour of consuming an ice cream, a simple pleasure that lasts a few minutes to be normal, when its packaging will last for a few hundreds years. Can you see your insanity here?

And what can you do now, dear human?

You can stop. Take a break from everything. Spend time in nature. Meditate to clear your system. Close your electronics for a while. Keep your lives as simple as you can, and mostly stop harming the planet through your daily actions. Create small ceremonies in which to tune back with the natural elements, and the spirits of the land. Ask your ancestors to support you. Talk to your plants, trees, and waters. Cherish your animals. Re-establish your connection.
