Know that its wise to listen to your body and take all the rest you can
Dont be afraid that something might be wrong with you that makes you feel this way or that you are not fighting as hard as you would like to
Just look at all the seen and unseen energies...
We are working soooo hard to
clean up old & negatieve stuff in the energies:
in your body causing physical, mental and/or emotional pain
in your unconsciousness... coming to surface in e.g. our weirdest and most realistic dreams
in the energies flowing around the world caused by emotions of other people/entities
in the energies of our beautiful planet that is making an enormous shift
This is the big clean up
Think of a huge storm which is a perfect way to clean things up... but when you're in the middle of it you cant see anything... all you can do is buckle up, breath and have faith
So buckle up, breath and have faith
and know you are doing exactly what you're supposed to do
Take care of the world by taking care of yourself
