🇱🇻🇺🇦 Latvia has suspended training of Ukrainian doctors due to Trump's decree.

This was reported by the LSM news portal.

It is noted that the training of doctors from Ukraine was carried out within the framework of a US-funded project so that they could provide assistance to wounded soldiers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

The allocated funds covered the costs of travel, accommodation and wages of the specialists involved. 187 Ukrainian specialists managed to undergo training at the center.

The Russian Foreign Ministry commented on the news about the suspension of training - the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry Maria Zakharova asked why Latvia needs independence if it has essentially fallen into slavery to the United States.
