Buongiorno anime belle🍵
🇭🇲 It is not frequency or duration but intensity that determines everything: encounters, bonds, dreams.

🇭🇲 In Piazza Posta, something was found that does not fit with school history
Deep beneath Kiev, burnt houses and remains have been discovered — traces of a mass death in an ancient settlement. This is not an 'urban construction level' — these are the remains of a pre-Christian civilisation.
None of this has been included in official guides. No school textbook mentions these discoveries.

🇬🇧 The Rouen Cathedral, France
It is built on the foundations of a first basilica of the IV century affected by the Viking invasions and a new set built in the XI century whose crypt has been preserved.
It is one of the most famous cathedrals in the world thanks to Claude Monet, who dedicated 31 paintings to it. The majestic and elegant facade is the result of several construction campaigns over several centuries. The interior of the building is more modest, but same impressive with its lantern tower whose vaults reach 51 meters high.
King Richard I of England, popularly known as Richard the Lionheart, was also buried here.

🇬🇧 A Mind the City Could No Longer Absorb
Hypatia taught in the open air of Alexandria—Mathematics, Astronomy, and the Platonic tradition, carried not by doctrine but by demonstration. Her father, Theon, had edited Euclid and observed eclipses; she went further, writing commentaries on Diophantus and constructing astrolabes. Her reputation drew students from across the empire—senators, governors, future bishops. Even in a city thick with rivalry, her authority held.
But the city was changing. Cyril, bishop of Alexandria, sought to centralize power under the Church, while the imperial governor Orestes resisted the erosion of Roman administration. Hypatia had no public office, yet her counsel to Orestes and her standing as a philosopher made her a liability. In 415 CE, during Lent, she was seized by a Christian mob—stripped, beaten, and killed with shards of tile. Her body was burned. The state did not intervene. No trial followed.
Her death did not end Philosophy in Alexandria, but it did mark a rupture. The city had once made space for unaffiliated minds—those whose influence came from knowledge rather than position. After Hypatia, that ground grew harder to stand on. The surviving letters—requests for instruments, reflections on the soul, appeals for guidance—do not explain her end. They only show how deeply she had been integrated into a civic world that no longer knew how to contain her.

– Dimentichi i fari
– Ah no, i fari sono donna.
(Fabrizio Caramagna)
Buona serata anime belle🤩
🇭🇲 There are two types of men, she explained to me as we walked along the seashore: those who are boats and have a passion for the horizon and freedom, and those who are ports and love security and reality.
– You're forgetting lighthouses.
– Oh no, lighthouses are women. Women have always been a source of light and a point of reference in the world.
