Egyptologists, carve us a vase !
How did the ancient Egyptians manage, over 5,000 years ago, to create vases and sculptures of remarkable finesse from extremely hard materials like diorite, quartz or basalt… when even today, our best artisans and engineers struggle to reproduce them ?
Officially, they are said to have used tools made of copper or bronze, or even hard wood. And yet, these materials are far too soft to carve quartz or granite, whose hardness rivals that of diamond. Even Flinders Petrie, father of modern archaeology, admitted that the exact methods remained a mystery, and that only a few very rare minerals—or diamond itself—could be suitable for this kind of work. But were diamonds known and exploited at that time ? There’s no proof. And what if these objects weren’t merely artworks, but remnants of a forgotten technology, a vanished civilization, or knowledge now erased ? From shale disks to perfectly symmetrical rock crystal vases, everything seems to suggest mechanical, even industrial precision.
So one question arises : if Ancient Egyptians were capable of such feats with simple chisels… why can’t we replicate them today, despite our modern tools ?

The Blemmyes !
According to certain rumors, various species of mythical headless men, in Antiquity and later, were said to inhabit remote regions of the world. They are variously known as akephaloi (Greek ἀκέφαλοι “those without a head”) or Blemmyes (Latin: Blemmyae; Greek: βλέμμυες) and described as lacking a head, with facial features on their chest.
They were first described as inhabitants of ancient Libya or the Nile system (Ethiopia). Later traditions confined their habitat to a particular island on the Brisone River or relocated them to India.
The Blemmyes are said to appear in two types : with eyes on the chest or with eyes on the shoulders. Epiphagi, a variant of the name for the headless people of the Brisone, is sometimes used as a term referring strictly to the shoulder-eyed type.

The Caesar Tower of Provins: Guardian of Medieval History
The Caesar Tower, located in Provins in Seine-et-Marne, is a towering keep from the 12th century, unique for its octagonal structure with a square base. Built on an artificial mound, this building served primarily as a military post and prison. Overlooking the upper town, it provided a strategic view over the Brie plain. Originally roofless, the tower was covered in the 16th century, and today houses two bells from the 17th century. Listed as a historic monument since 1846, the Caesar Tower is a symbol of medieval power, offering a fascinating testimony to the military architecture of the time.

🇭🇲 During the reconstruction of Pushkinskaya, paving stones and house foundations were found underground.
It is rather strange to see cellars with slit windows offering a splendid view of the earth.
Either the building was a few metres taller than we are told, but then what kind of cellar would it be?

🇬🇧 The Klinta Stone
It was carved in the Nordic Bronze Age, XV-XIII centuries BC, found in 1915 on the island of Öland, in the parish of Smedby, Klinta, Sweden.
On this stone, under a solar disk surrounded by mythological animals, a ship is depicted. The crew is drawn schematically but carefully. The whole composition is quite archaic and consists of elements such as the solar symbol, the ship and the "cup-shaped indentations" ("elf mills"), which are also known in the oldest petroglyphs.

Note the height of the door handles.
The official History tells us that it was built at the end of the XVIII century. If so, those people who were clearly much bigger than us, existed only 300 years ago.
It is so obvious and even ridiculous to see so many doors of ancient buildings all over the World with a little hole for us modern humans to pass through and the handles at an absurd height for us, that anyone who does not see that they were much bigger than us before has a blindfold on.

🇬🇧 We Are What We Eat
A balanced and healthy diet is achieved by consuming a variety of foods from all groups, including fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean proteins and healthy fats, limiting added sugars, sodium and saturated fats, and maintaining good hydration. It is important to plan meals, organize schedules and choose nutritious foods instead of unhealthy options.
Steps for a balanced and healthy diet:
1. Variety of food:
It includes fruits and vegetables of different colors, whole grains (rice, quinoa, oats), lean proteins (fish, chicken, legumes, eggs) and healthy fats (olive oil, avocado, nuts).
2. Portion control:
Adjust the amounts to your individual needs, considering age, gender, activity level and medical conditions.
3. Limit added sugars, sodium and saturated fats:
Reduce the consumption of processed foods, sugary drinks and saturated fats (fatty meats, full-fat dairy products).
4. Hydration:
Drink enough water throughout the day.
5. Planning and organization:
Schedule your meals and have healthy options on hand to avoid falling into unhealthy temptations.
6. Choose foods rich in fiber:
Increase the consumption of fruits, vegetables, legumes and whole grains to promote digestive health and weight management.
7. Prioritize healthy cooking methods:
Opt for roasting, boiling, baking or griddling instead of frying.
8. Listen to your body:
Pay attention to the signs of hunger and satiety to avoid overeating.
9. Enjoy the meal:
A healthy diet does not have to be restrictive. Find foods that you like and prepare them in a healthy way.
10. Consult with a professional:
If you have doubts or need a personalized plan, consult a nutritionist or dietitian.
Take care of the feeding of your children, they can become globes when they grow up.

🇬🇧 Be Radical
"Tolerance is the "virtue" of men without convictions."
G.K. Chesterton
"I am responsible for what I say, but not for what you interpret” is one of the expressions that serve as an argument to defend the radical position.
To be radical is to have a firm position. Firm of reasons, arguments and confidence that what is being expressed represents our conclusion about a topic or a situation that we have consciously evaluated.
That person who is called a radical passes for the majority as arrogant because of the security he conveys in each of his words. He speaks with such propriety that he ends up convincing the most skeptical even if they hesitate at first just for the whim of not wanting to prove him right so quickly.
The radicals are the ones who go down in History. No one remembers the mediocre ones.
