What are Fairy Forts?

They are a ring of stones, the remains of an ancient structure that is long gone. While humans might have built the original structure, fairies took over when the forts became neglected by people. These forts remained dotted around rural Ireland.

Fairy forts should not be confused with fairy rings, although both should be approached with caution. While fairy forts are the ruins of stone ring forts, fairy rings are a fungus. They consist of a circle of dead grass or mushrooms.

I grew up on a farm in Ireland and my Grandfather would take the Fairy Forts very seriously and taught me never to tamper with them, especially if a white Thorn Tree grew there as it's sacred to many.

Do we live in a computer?

This may initially seem like a strange question, but let’s have a closer look.

Computers, as we understand them, are devices that display results and computations, harnessing the invisible but ever-present forces in nature. Then, by channelling, squeezing, and resisting those forces, computers tame the electrical potential to do our bidding (or calculating in our case).

🇬🇧 What could have destroyed the ancient cities of the Sahara?

Ancient maps show rivers, lakes, forests and towns.

The site of a certain town in Hoden is now known as the "Eye of the Sahara". Instead of other towns - black charred rocks, strange black and sintered formations. Tassili n'ajjer has a unique park of charred rocks and formations resembling burnt ruins.

Has the Sahara become a desert as a result of the use of highly destructive weapons?
