The Palestinian Authority is currently advancing illegal land registration procedures in Area C, in violation of the law and existing agreements.

Contrary to misinformation spread by inciting parties, the Israeli government today approved an administrative measure within the fields of civil and property law. This measure is designed to bring order to land registration procedures, enabling a transparent and thorough clarification of rights to resolve legal disputes.

Foreign Minister Gideon Sa'ar:

"Glad to host the FM of Finland Elina Valtonen at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Jerusalem. This was the first visit of a Finnish FM in Israel since 2016.
In our meeting, we discussed strengthening bilateral relations and the situation in the Middle East.
I thanked the Minister for Finland's support for the EU decision to designate Iranโ€™s Revolutionary Guards as a terror organization.
We'll continue working together to strengthen relations between our countries. ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ฑ๐Ÿ‡ซ๐Ÿ‡ฎ"

Months ago, the Civil Commission approached the New York Times with a report on Hamasโ€™ systematic sexual violence on Oct. 7 and after. The New York Times said it was not interested.

This comprehensive and well-documented report was published this morning by CNN and other international outlets.

Aware of the report and its release date, the night before its release the NYT ran a shameful attack on Israel, belittling Hamasโ€™ sexual crimes.

That tells you everything about the NYT's agenda.

The report itself is not only a historical record โ€” it is a call for recognition, accountability, and justice.

The Law for the Prosecution of Those Responsible for the October 7, 2023 Massacre passed its final reading with an overwhelming bipartisan support of 93-0. The Law establishes a carefully tailored procedural framework for the prosecution of those responsible for the deadliest attack on Jewish lives since the Holocaust. The October 7 massacre involved mass murder, sexual violence, and kidnapping on an unprecedented scale, The law includes targeted procedural adjustments to the ordinary criminal process, to ensure that the perpetrators of the attacks are effectively prosecuted while preserving due process guarantees.

The Law does not create new offences, penalties, or retroactive criminal liability, nor does it impose an automatic death sentence. Rather, it authorizes a military court to adjudicate existing offenses under Israeli criminal law, including genocide, terrorism, and wartime offences for some of which capital punishment exists since the early 50โ€™s.

The military court framework stems primarily from logistical and security reasons, while preserving a professional civilian judiciary through the appointment of Supreme and district Court judges. The Law also expressly recognizes the special status of October 7 victims and ensures them a meaningful place within the proceedings.

Foreign Minister Gideon Sa'ar:

"Spoke with Ms. Velislava Petrova-Chamova and congratulated her on her appointment as Bulgariaโ€™s Minister of Foreign Affairs.
We place great importance on our ties with Bulgaria and want to strengthen them.

I said that the ongoing anti-Israeli efforts by certain hostile governments are an attempt to ruin EU-Israel relations.

I look forward to working with the Foreign Minister and invited her to visit Israel."

โ€œThe purpose was humiliation, not victoryโ€ฆ Hostages were assaulted in front of their loved ones.โ€

The Civil Commission spent 2+ years documenting this.
10,000+ pieces of evidence. Hundreds of testimonies.

The New York Times should learn - this is what real evidence-based reporting looks like.

They walked through deserts, famine, and violence with one dream: Jerusalem.

Thousands of Ethiopian Jews, known as Beta Israel, never made it to Israel. They died on the journey carrying generations of faith, hope, and longing for Jerusalem.

Today we remember them. ๐Ÿ•ฏ๏ธ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ฑ
