Abou Jahjah, a Lebanese "activist", joined Hezbollah and did terror training, which he admitted in a 2003 NY Times profile.

Abou Jahjah re-emerged in 2024 behind initiatives targeting Israelis abroad, co-founding the March 30 Movement and its legal arm, the Hind Rajab Foundation.

These organizations function as tools of legal harassment against Israelis, using Western legal and political systems while operating with no public transparency about their funding.

The Palestinian Authority’s policy of Pay-for-Slay:
Pay for terror perpetrated & incentivize future terror at same time.

The U.S. State Department confirmed PA funding of this evil policy increased to $200 million in 2025.

Pay-for-Slay must end.
