Foreign Minister Gideon Sa'ar:
"Glad to meet the largest ever delegation of members of both houses of Japan's National Diet to Israel, at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Jerusalem.
I stressed the importance of our strategic partnership with Japan and our will to deepen security ties.
I described the goal of the Hamas terror in Gaza: eliminating the State of Israel. If this terror state isn't dismantled, the suffering of both Palestinians and Israelis will continue.
We'll continue strengthening our close friendship with Japan! ๐ฎ๐ฑ๐ฏ๐ต"

High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Kaja Kallas and Commissioners Hadja Lahbib and Dubravka ล uica insist - driven by political motivations - on issuing statements that are detached from both the reality on the ground and the broader regional processes.
Contrary to the narrative portrayed in their statement, the humanitarian situation in Gaza is improving. On a weekly basis, 4,200 aid trucks enter the Gaza Strip and will continue to do so through the UN, donor countries, the private sector, and more than 20 international organizations.
Furthermore, despite the claims made in the aforementioned statement, aid organizations remain able to operate within the Gaza Strip. The vast majority of registered NGOs are currently active and will continue their work uninterrupted.
It should also be emphasised that the organizations that received notice regarding the suspension of their activities in the Gaza Strip did not bring aid into Gaza throughout the current ceasefire, and even in the past their combined contribution amounted to only about 1% of the total aid volume.
The registration requirement is a necessary security procedure designed to prevent the infiltration of terrorist elements and to safeguard the integrity of humanitarian efforts, as necessitated by previous incidents.
Registration remains open. Organizations are encouraged to apply, and all applications will continue to be reviewed and processed accordingly.
Finally, the EU will give its tax payer a better service by ensuring EU funds get to the right hands.

Foreign Minister Gideon Sa'ar:
"Attacks by the Syrian regime's forces against the Kurdish minority in the city of Aleppo - are grave and dangerous.
The international community in general, and the West in particular, owes a debt of honor to the Kurds who fought bravely and successfully against ISIS.
Systematic and murderous repression of Syriaโs various minorities contradicts the promises of a โnew Syria.โ
Silence on the part of the international community will lead to an escalation of the violence by the Syrian regime".

Prime Ministerโs Office:
The ceasefire agreement brokered by the United States between Israel and Lebanon states clearly, Hezbollah must be fully disarmed.
This is imperative for Israel's security and Lebanon's future.
Efforts made toward this end by the Lebanese Government and the Lebanese Armed Forces are an encouraging beginning, but they are far from sufficient, as evidenced by Hezbollah's efforts to rearm and rebuild its terror infrastructure with Iranian support.

Despite the statements published today in Lebanon, the facts remain that extensive Hezbollah military infrastructure still exists south of the Litani River. The goal of disarming Hezbollah in southern Lebanon remains far from being achieved.
This can be seen in the attached video.
Israel acknowledges the decision of the Lebanese government to address the disarmament of Hezbollah and some of the efforts the Lebanese Armed Forces (LAF) have made in this context. Nevertheless, these efforts are limited. Hezbollah continues to rearm with the support of Iran, whose foreign minister is arriving today for a visit to Lebanon. Hezbollah is rearming faster than it is being disarmed.
Furthermore, it is regrettable that there are instances of cooperation between elements within the LAF and Hezbollah.
It should be emphasized that the IDF's strikes against Hezbollah do not delay the goal of disarming the organization - on the contrary, they advance it.
Israel expects LAF efforts to disarm Hezbollah to continue south of the Litani and throughout all other parts of Lebanon, in full accordance with the ceasefire agreement.

Terrible crimes happened at Shifa hospital while Doctors Without Borders (MSF) were there: taking people hostage, sexual abuse and murder.
For 9 months we asked MSF (and others) to comply with elementary transparency procedures to ensure they arenโt infiltrated by terrorists.
Rather than verify they function without Hamas exploiting their infrastructure, Doctors Without Borders launched an aggressive campaign of disinformation, accusing Israel of limiting their work.
This is a disgraceful, abusive way for a humanitarian organization to behave. Doctors Without Borders will forever carry the stain of complicity in acts of terror if it fails to reverse course and accept full transparency over their operations in Gaza.

Foreign Minister Gideon Sa'ar:
"Had a good and honest meeting with Special Envoy Zhai Jun of China to the Middle East.
I stressed our need to enhance our dialogue and to improve relations.
I urged China to pay attention to Iran's attempts to rearm and regroup its web of proxies. Iran is still the main source of instability in the Middle East.
I also emphasized that a reliable peace process requires Palestinian society to undergo a process of deradicalization and to disconnect from the ethos of terror."

Foreign Minister Sa'ar Hosted Japanese Foreign Minister Motegi in Israel.
Foreign Minister Sa'ar's Remarks at the Opening of the Meeting:
"I welcome the visit of Japanese Foreign Minister Motegi to Israel. I appreciate the fact that he chose Israel as the first destination for a bilateral diplomatic visit as Foreign Minister.
Israel and Japan are two ancient peoples - in fact, two civilizations with ancient traditions and history. We share democratic values and a strong friendship.
The world is changing very quickly.
Democratic countries - like Israel and Japan - must cooperate and deepen their strategic ties.
Israel is committed to the Trump plan and to stability in the region.
In order to proceed with its implementation - Hamas must disarm and Gaza must be demilitarized.
Israel extends its hand in peace to its neighbors and aims to expand the Abraham Accords.
The Palestinian Authority must end its policy of โPay for Slay.โ It must stop its incitement and its diplomatic war against Israel in international forums and international courts.
I want to emphasize - these are essential conditions for building trust.
We thank Japan, which since October 7th has recognized Israelโs right to defend itself, has called for the unconditional release of our hostages and has imposed sanctions on Hamas leaders.
We'll work together to strengthen bilateral relations across all fields between our countries and nations."
