We discussed the Palestinian Authority's distorted ongoing policy of paying salaries to terrorists and their families.

We also spoke about the alarming rise in antisemitism around the world, and in Canada, and the need to unwaveringly combat it.

I thanked her for her friendship and support for Israel."

Other countries are allowed to recognize a state that does not exist. Israel is forbidden from recognizing even a real state.

Spoiler alert: no one will determine for Israel whom it may conduct diplomatic relations with."

Protecting Aid - Preventing Exploitation

As of January 1, 2026, international NGOs that did not renew their registration will no longer be allowed to operate.

Organizations were notified in March 2025, given nearly ten months to comply, and granted a good-faith extension allowing continued interim operations. Those that did not complete the process were informed that their authorization would end on January 1, 2026, with an orderly withdrawal required by March 1, 2026.

The registration requirement is aimed at preventing the involvement of terrorist elements and at safeguarding the integrity of humanitarian activity, as demonstrated in past cases.

Registration remains open, organizations may still apply and applications will continue to be reviewed and processed.

Most registered NGOs are operating in the Gaza strip and will continue to do so. The overall scope of humanitarian aid (approximately 99%) is not affected by this measure. Humanitarian assistance to Gaza continues uninterrupted through the UN, donor governments, the private sector, and more than 20 approved international organizations that completed the registration process.

The women were sexually assaulted. The men were sexually assaulted. Hamas is riddled with rapists.

On Oct. 7 they murdered 1,200 people. Then they tried to extinguish the souls of those hostages who survived. Israel and Israelis will recover with time. We’ll not forgive Hamas. Nor will we forget the silence of those who have not spoken out. Speak out - Hamas must go.

In November 2024 Gideon Sa'ar took responsibility as Israeli Foreign Minister, prioritizing bringing elected officials, journalists, clergy, academia and others who drive public discourse to Israel. People with audiences and supporters of multiple millions of people.

In 2025 Israeli Ministry of Foreign Affairs brought 6,500 of them to discover Israel and engage with Israelis. Israel as a destination is back.

A hostage was raped by her doctor. Another hostage, Noa Marciano, was murdered by a doctor who injected air into her veins. Both in Al-Shifa Hospital in Gaza where International NGOs were operating at the time.

The idea that Israel will not do due diligence on employees of International NGOs is simply unacceptable. Get your act together, submit the application, provide requisite information and do the work you aspire to do.
