We’re reaching out with an important update for users with A12+ devices registered with iRemovalPro Premium. Due to a recent Apple server-side patch, certain limitations apply. Here’s a breakdown of solutions based on order batch/dates:

1. 💸 Full Refund Option for Orders Placed (but Not Processed) from 04.11.2024 Onwards
If your order was placed on or after November 4, 2024, and hasn’t been processed, it will automatically be marked as “rejected” in the seller/distributor panel. This status allows distributors and sellers to easily identify unprocessed orders eligible for a full refund.
▶️If your order falls into this batch, please contact your distributor or seller to initiate the refund, as refunds are handled by them,

2. 📱Options for Orders Placed from 26.10.2024 to 04.11.2024
For orders placed from October 26 to November 4, 2024, a full refund cannot be issued due to some fees that we cant get back. However, for these orders, we offer a WiFi-only (no signal) bypass as a temporary solution.
