@St4ck0verFlow:因为光标这个箭头两边夹角是45°，如果做成对称的，柄和y轴的夹角就是22.5度，tan22.5°是个无理数，绘制的时候每横移1px，就要下移2~3px不等，早期的电脑显示出来就会显得坑坑洼洼，所以设计成了26.57°，tan26.57°差不多是0.5，就很工整了

Windows 8 introduced an "official" way to do this called "Windows Platform Binary Table". Every time Windows boots, it checks your ACPI table for an entry called "WPBT", writes that to disk as "wpbbin.exe", and executes it. There does not seem to be any way to disable this behavior in Windows. Truecrypt would not help in this case because it happens after boot.
