Reaching the monastery meant driving at full speed along a road exposed to Ukrainian shelling. It's a risky gamble, but we opted to take the risk.

I feel I should emphasize that those most at risk of being tortured or killed as a result of being put on Ukraine's kill list are people living in Ukraine.

From yesterday, in the Nikolskoe Monastery, very close to Ukrainian forces. Around 70 people, including locals & refugees, are sheltering at the monastery. The shelling began when we arrived. Apparently, a Ukrainian drone sighted our van.

Fires still burning at a warehouse and a nearby water bottling facility in Donetsk. Elsewhere in the city, Ukraine (I saw the aftermath of such a market bombing in April) bombed a market, killing three civilians including a child.
Ukraine pounded all over Donetsk this afternoon. As "Chronicles of the Conflict" noted in a post today, there are no areas in Donetsk that haven't been shelled.

Russian soldiers stole undestroyed trolleybuses from Mariupol. Vladimir Zelensky said about that.
The fact:
Most electric transport of Mariupol was destroyed by the UAF. Undestroyed vehicles manufactured by “BKM-Ukraine” are still in Mariupol. It can be tracked by the database of municipal electric transport.
This model of trolleybuses is not used in Donetsk.
The DPR authorities confirmed that the work on repair and restoration of municipal electric transport continued in Mariupol. They plan to launch new trolleybuses and tramways instead of the destroyed ones as soon as possible.
“This is a very absurd fake about trolleybuses in Mariupol. The enemy destroyed them, on the contrary”, the DPR chief Denis Pushilin pointed out.
