Aloha family of Light :) many people think the world is a sad place because people dont like each other but its rather a case of people hating themselves... and thats because the majority of humanity ignore their souls calling for the illusory comfort of survival mode and self importance having been disconnected from the Truth of our Divine mother and thus feeling unsafe in a World of lies... From my whirlwind adventure into the unknown over the past few months many things have been standing out, illumined by my Sun within highlighting the message of Oneness and how every interaction or relationship is created by your Higherself inviting us to see ourselves in everyone... To truly be free is to be free of judgment... to see Everything through the eyes of a baby, Pure Childlike Wonder without the distorted perceptions of a miseducated mind!!

To Be Truly Lighthearted is to embrace the adventure of life for the play that it is and Simply play each role with Love and enthusiasm remembering that LOVE=TRUTH not people pleasing or carpet sweeping with your emotions... Being fully present and authentic, learning the art of listening without the need to add your spice to their story and in your full vulnerability Being fully transparent in every moment despite the feelings of extreme uncomfortability that seek to keep your secrets hidden! Something that i have become very aware of is how often people talk either to avoid the silence or simply playing word tennis to either agrre or disagree with each other... also noticing how most people really dont hear much when you bring up things that are beyond the material world... in one ear out the other and the subject gets bypassed as if not heard! When you become more aware of the power of your words and the relevance of the frequency of the breath that invokes these spells, then words are like a Shower that cleanses your lens of perception inviting you back into the womb of innocence, Stillnesss
