The Emirati proposal calls for 'strengthening' the 'sister state' of Israel in its war on 'terrorists' in the Gaza Strip
A leaked document obtained by the EmirateLeaks outlet has revealed an Emirati government proposal to use UAE bases in the Red Sea to provide direct military, intelligence, and logistical support to Israel throughout its war on Gaza.
The document dates back to October 2023 and is addressed to the Joint Operations Command of the UAE Armed Forces. It was written by Hamdan bin Zayed Al-Nahyan, Representative of the Al-Dhafra Region and Chairman of the UAE Red Crescent Authority.
“With the [7 October] terrorist … attacks on the sister state of Israel, and based on the historic agreement stipulating cooperation between the two countries … and in implementation of the order issued by the UAE Joint Operations Command to support the State of Israel through military bases in the southern Red Sea region – Al-Mokha on Yemen’s western coast, as well as Massawa and Assab in Eritrea and Somalia – swift preparations and readiness were undertaken to provide our military bases in the southern Red Sea, especially in Yemen, with everything necessary to support the State of Israel,” the document starts out by saying.
The document explicitly calls for the UAE to “strengthen Israel in its war on the terrorists in Palestine,” and for that support to continue “until the terrorists are defeated.”
The leaked document also calls for the continuation of “community initiatives” to enhance “social cohesion” between the two states.

Recent polls have shown that over 60 percent of Germans view Israel’s actions in Gaza as genocide and oppose their government’s military support
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and German Interior Minister Alexander Dobrindt signed a security agreement in Jerusalem on 11 January, describing Iran and its allies as a “threat” to Israel, regional stability, and international security, warning that Israel’s enemies are monitored “at all times and everywhere.”
The declaration commits Israel and Germany to expanded cooperation on “counterterrorism,” cyber security, and what the Israeli prime minister’s office described as “advanced technologies,” while explicitly targeting resistance factions in Iran, Lebanon, Palestine, and Yemen as destabilizing forces.
According to the Israeli statement, the agreement “anchors Germany’s deep commitment to the security of the State of Israel,” arguing that Iran and its allies threaten not only Israel but also “regional stability and international security.”

❗️Iranian hacker group Handala claims to have hacked and monitored key Mossad-linked figure tied to unrest in Iran
According to the Iranian hacking group Handala, "guiding officer" Mehrdad Rahimi was coordinating networks involved in the riots in Iran and channeled financial support to operatives, believing he was overseeing and directing the protest infrastructure:
"Mehrdad Rahimi, serving as the guiding officer for Iranian agents within Mossad’s Iran Desk, attempted to play a major role in organizing and directing networks behind the unrest inside Iran. By managing and directing Iranian operatives, he sought to establish greater coordination and cohesion among the main ringleaders of the riots, while also providing the financial support necessary to sustain and expand anti-Iranian activities."
Handala says it has obtained video footage recorded outside Mehrdad Rahimi’s residence during what it describes as an extended surveillance operation targeting the Mossad-linked officer. The group claims the material shows that Rahimi’s movements were closely tracked throughout the operation.
According to Handala, the surveillance extended to hacking Rahimi’s secure phone, which it says enabled the identification and monitoring of individuals allegedly connected to riot networks.

Donald Trump signed the memorandum directing the withdrawal from organizations deemed to be ‘contrary to the interests of the US’
US President Donald Trump signed a memorandum on 7 January 2026 directing the withdrawal of his country from dozens of international organizations, conventions, and UN bodies deemed “contrary to the interests of the United States.”
The memorandum was addressed to the heads of executive departments and agencies and invokes presidential authority under the Constitution and US law to order immediate action.
Trump tied the move directly to Executive Order 14199, issued on 4 February 2025, which ordered a sweeping review of US participation in all international intergovernmental organizations and treaties.
That earlier order tasked the secretary of state, in consultation with the US representative to the UN, with determining which bodies run counter to US interests.
According to the memorandum, the secretary of state has now submitted the required findings, which Trump said he reviewed alongside his cabinet.
