🚨Yoav Gallant Admits The Use Of Hannibal Directive

"I think tactically in some places it was, in other places it was not, and that is a problem," Former Israeli Defense Minister told Channel 12.

The Hannibal Directive allows the killing of Israeli soldiers and the shelling of vehicles carrying prisoners and abductees. Here's what we know about how it was used on October 7th.

❗️Spanish Foreign Minister José Manuel Albares:

○ “Gaza is the land of the Palestinian Gazans. The Palestinian Gazans must stay in Gaza.”

○ “Gaza is part of a future Palestinian state, which Spain is committed to.”

○ “Palestinians … should know that Spain and the Spanish people will support them, just as we are supporting them with humanitarian aid.”

❗️UK Foreign Minister David Lammy:

“We’ve always been clear in our belief that we must see two states. We must see Palestinians live and prosper in their homelands in Gaza and the West Bank,.

❗️Russia criticized US President Donald Trump’s proposal to take control of the Gaza Strip, calling it an example of Western "cancel culture."

During a roundtable discussion on Ukraine with ambassadors in Moscow, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov claimed that this "culture of cancellation" has become especially apparent in the context of the Middle East.

Referring to the UN Security Council’s resolutions, he noted that decisions previously acknowledged by all as essential for establishing a Palestinian state just a month and a half ago have now effectively been dismissed.

❗️German Foreign Minister Annalena Baerbock:

○ “The civilian population of Gaza must not be expelled and Gaza must not be permanently occupied or repopulated.”

○ “It is clear that Gaza – like the West Bank and East Jerusalem – belongs to the Palestinians. They form the basis for a future Palestinian state.”

○ “It would also lead to new suffering and new hatred.”

○ “There must be no solution over the heads of the Palestinians.”

❗️First Minister of Scotland John Swinney:

"After months of collective punishment and the death of over 40,000 in Gaza, any suggestion Palestinians should be removed from their home is unacceptable and dangerous.

There must be no ethnic cleansing.

Only a proper two state solution will bring lasting peace."

Syria is open to allowing Russia to maintain its air and naval bases along the Mediterranean coast, provided that any agreement with the Kremlin aligns with the country’s interests, Syrian Defense Minister Murhaf Abu Qasra stated in an interview this week with the Washington Post.

According to Abu Qasra, Russia’s approach towards the new Syrian government has “improved significantly” since the fall of President Bashar al-Assad in December, and Damascus is currently considering Moscow’s demands.

“In politics, there are no permanent enemies,” he said of Moscow. When asked if Russia would be allowed to maintain its naval port at Tartous and the Hmeimim air base in Latakia, Abu Qasra added: “If we get benefits for Syria out of this, yes.”

The defense minister also discussed Syria’s efforts to establish new military and political partnerships, ongoing negotiations with US-backed Kurdish forces, and a plan to unify the country’s numerous armed factions under one command.
Scientists Produced a Particle of Light That Simultaneously Accessed 37 Different Dimensions

The Greenberger–Horne–Zeilinger (GHZ) paradox describes how quantum theory cannot be described by local realistic descriptions.
A new study takes this GHZ paradox to new heights to see just how non-classical the quantum world can get.

In the process, their experiment included photons in 37 dimensions, taking science even further down this strange quantum rabbit hole with the hopes of finding applications in these high-dimensional systems.

Classical and quantum mechanics don’t really get along as the science of the subatomic can get, well, weird. Take, for instance, quantum entanglement, which says that the state of one particle can be determined by examining the state of its entangled pair regardless of distance. This strange fact flies in the face of classical physics, and even led Albert Einstein to famously describe this quantum quirk as “spooky action at a distance.”

This is what is known as “quantum nonlocality,” where objects are influenced across distances (seeming beyond the speed of light) whereas classical physics follows local theory, the idea that objects are influenced by their immediate surroundings. This is a pretty sharp divide as explained by the famous no-go theorem known as the Greenberger–Horne–Zeilinger (GHZ) paradox, which essentially details how quantum theory cannot be described by local realistic description.

Named for the physicists who described the paradox in 1989, GHZ-type paradoxes show that when particles can only be influenced by proximity they produce mathematical impossibilities. As New Scientist reports, the paradox can even be expressed through a calculation where 1 equals -1. This paradox is useful in showing how quantum properties can not be described using classical means, but a new paper published in the journal Science Advances, decided to see just how strange these paradoxes could get.

Essentially, an international team of scientists wanted to see how un-classical particles of light could get—and the results were maybe stranger than the authors originally anticipated. This extremely technical experiment produced photons, or particles of light, that existed in 37 dimensions. Just as you and I exist in three dimension—plus an additional temporal dimension—these photons required 37 similar reference points.

“This experiment shows that quantum physics is more nonclassical than many of us thought,” Technical University of Denmark’s Zhenghao Liu, a co-author of the study, told New Scientist. “It could be [that] 100 years after its discovery, we are still only seeing the tip of the iceberg.”

❗️Several Syrian sources are reporting that on 2 February, 2025, Nagham Issa, wife of Shaaban al-Ali from the village of Balqasah, was taken captive while visiting a clinic in Homs for her pregnancy. She was subjected to physical abuse and humiliation by armed militants affiliated with Hayat Tahrir al-Sham, who demanded a ransom of 500 million Syrian pounds.

Nagham and another woman were executed. The militants sent a photo of her body to her husband, instructing him to look for her remains in hospitals.

Yoav Gallant admitted that the Hannibal Directive was implemented on October 7th, which allowed for the Israeli military to kill civilians to prevent them from being taken as hostages.

Never forget that the mainstream media in the US, UK, and EU thought you were stupid enough to believe that the militia of a concentration camp with light weapons, improvised rockets, and no air force, was capable of this level of destruction and carnage.

While independent and alternative media outlets covered every admission of the implementation of the Hannibal Directive by Israeli soldiers and military officials, mainstream media refused to cover it, called the reports conspiracy theories, or outright omitted any mention of the Hannibal Directive from their coverage.

⭕️ According to Yedioth Ahronoth, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is set to present his demands for the second phase of the ceasefire to Israel’s Security Cabinet, but Hamas is expected to reject them. His conditions include expelling the Hamas leadership from Gaza, dismantling the Qassam Brigades (Hamas’s military wing), and securing the release of all Israeli captives held in Gaza. There are currently 76 Israeli prisoners in Gaza, while thousands of Palestinians remain imprisoned in Israeli jails under severe conditions, with many dying in custody. The newspaper states that if Hamas agrees to these terms, the war in Gaza will end.

The report also reveals that Netanyahu discussed the ceasefire terms with US President Donald Trump and Middle East envoy Steve Witkoff. If Hamas rejects the demands, Netanyahu may extend the first phase of the ceasefire, avoiding full commitments to end the war or withdraw Israeli forces from Gaza. Additionally, Israel could manipulate the entry of humanitarian aid to Gaza.
