Patrick Byrne is not going to discuss what (he believes) happened on November 3rd. Instead, he is going to discuss key meetings he attended from November 4th, 2020, until January 8th, 2021, and will give extremely detailed (often verbatim accounts) of conversations in which he participated.  Byrne has no legal conflicts, ethical obligations, or privilege issues that prevent him from doing so and has no concern about being prosecuted. He will tell the precise truth, good and bad.
 
• In late November 2020 Byrne was in the room with Rudy Guliani, Sidney Powell, and others talking to officials around the country about the events of November 3, 2020.
 
• On December 18th, 2020, Patrick spent 4.5 hours in the Oval Office and Yellow Oval Office with President Trump, Sidney Powell, Emily Newman, and Mike Flynn (and then Pat Cipollone, Rudy Guliani, and Mark Meadows) in the crucial meeting now being widely researched and analyzed in the media.
 
• Starting December 21st, Patrick widely called for peaceful rallies in DC January 4th - 6th, emphasizing that it was to be peaceful (with language such as, “We don’t raise hell. We’re not the violent guys. We’re better than the other guys.")  * He was familiar with all the organizers and machinations the led to the events of the rally.
 
• On the morning of January 4th, Byrne was in the famous meeting at Trump Hotel where Congressional staff were briefed, and January 6th strategy was discussed. He can relate the entire decision tree discussed.
 
• On January 5th Patrick spoke at a key rally in DC and was scheduled as a speaker with General Mike Flynn on the morning of January 6th at the White House (though Byrne and Flynn were cancelled last minute).
 
• On January 7th & 8th, Byrne spun up and funded a number of efforts which collectively may be thought of as “the Election Integrity movement” (which President Joseph Biden has referred to as “the greatest threat to the Republic since the Civil War”).
 
Everyone else who was present in these events cannot speak. They are lawyers, or who have other duties of privilege and executive privilege, or fear being prosecuted. Byrne recognizes zero such constraints. He can and will share precise first-hand accounts of these events in the press conference. Byrne can shed light on every important aspect of all these meetings and events, and then intends to answer questions from the media.

People often repeat two things:
1. "This information has been shared before"; as a minimum it is important to remind everyone of the facts and real witness accounts. The press continues to lie about the events and publish "facts" that obfuscate the truth or try to mislead folks. Many times when we share the information, we specifically tie it to something to debunk their lies that they are attempting in that point in time OR we add a few extra details to clarify or further share some facts that make sense to share at that point in time.

2. "Patrick does not want to fix 2020"; if anything Patrick and all his efforts have been leading, supporting, enabling efforts at the highest and lowest levels all across the country to address the fraud that occured in 2020. To fix the system and also to prepare for what is to come next. Make no mistake in this intention. Like anything, you try different methods. This is unchartered territory so some things will work, some will not. We learn, we improve and we continue to work on election integrity of our elections.
