A reader just sent me an alert about Lin Wood and Dr. Shiva‘s new position. They are simply lying through their teeth.

Dr. Shiva contacted me periodically last year, we had a very friendly discussion sometime in the late fall. I remember I told him about my sense that there was a much less expensive way to do these things going forward: taking just digital images of everything and then doing everything through AI. I consulted with general Flynn and he agreed that we should call such “an assessment“ and that it could be priced at about 5% of the cost of Maricopa. It was on that basis that I had offered Michigan to do to pay for such an abbreviated “ assessment”. I relayed all that to Shiva. He agreed that that seem to be a better approach going forward.

At some point later in the fall, when he started getting into it with Jovan, and I called him to ask him if there was anything going on that I could be a peacemaker about. I asked him tell me about the work he wanted to do. It sounded heck of a lot like the “assessment” idea that we had discussed a month earlier. He told me that if he could get the stuff from Maricopa he could follow through on that and do it for $50,000.I am Atlee told him I would do it and that I would send him the $50,000 where and when he asked for it. He was grateful and a real gentleman.

He then told me of his dream to start a serious “election integrity institute“ which could bring real scientific rigor and discipline and such. I told him I thought it sounded terrific, would fit the plan of the America project perfectly that would be such a thing, and to let me know if he needed any capital. he threw out that when he was ready he would need $250,000 to get it started and I told him I’d be happy to put that in.

Not only did he never said “no” he approached me.

Whenever was the last time he called me he was very polite and said he was ready for the $50,000 and I said I would make it happen. I caused a colleague to call him up to finalize the wire, and he hung up on my coleague and called Shelby and Steve in Arizona.

Shelby and Steve are in Arizona, the organizers of the grassroots movement there “we the people Arizona” who have been the Joan of Arc and Paul Revere. He asked that we have our $50,000 sent to them so that the American project was not on it. Shelby and Steve called and told me that, and so I sent $50,000 to Shelby and Steve.

After a few days they called me and told me that Shiva was asking them to bounce it through a couple other organizations in it and then daisychain it to him. Shelby and Steve thought that was really strange and they had just set the wire to send: I told them not to worry about it and ignores other instructions, and certainly not to try to reclaim the wire and go to all that difficulty.

Anyone should feel free to check with Shelby and Steve, the organizers in Arizona, to confirm the story.

In addition, here’s a text from Shiva from January 5, four weeks ago, when he was reaching out to me. Does this text seem consistent with a story that Shiva and Lin Wood are now spreading?

Sorry I put this up thinking it was from January a month ago, but it was from are year ago in iMessage. I forgot we had switched to signal.
So the simplest thing to do is really to call Shelby and Steve. Someone asked them. They were at the crossroads of all of it: I’ll live with whatever their reply.
While I am on it, I’m as will clear up some other mystery.

Shiva knows that I’m no slouch mathematically because in our early conversations mathematics often entered into it and we spoke in math to each other. I don’t know if he knows that I actually went to Stanford to do the masters in mathematical logic and completed it but then one a Marshall scholarship, went to Cambridge University, then went back to Stanford and finish the PhD in philosophy (but with lots of digressions into various areas of economics).

Oh, And I built a $2 billion e-commerce company. Believe it or not, that took a lot of math too. And for the first five years I was the mathematician.

So when we spoke of Doug Frank’s work he was dismissive, simply saying, “a manifold exists for every data set.” Still under the assumption he was an honest man and had done his homework and would not just say some like that, I told him, “that’s all Doug Frank did? He just fit a curve?” Shiva responded, “that’s it! He just fit a six order polynomial to the data and pretended he found something.” (that’s what I meant when I say we speak math to each other).

The next time I saw Doug Frank I sat him down carefully and questioned him thoroughly. First of all, his credentials are impeccable and every bit as impressive as Shiva‘s.

More importantly, I had him go through his work. Shiva was completely incorrect. DougFrank did much more than that. Doug Frank is a fiend for Fouriere Transforms, which I learned my father‘s knee. Once he finds the code for one county, he can predict all the other counties in the state with extraordinary precision. If it is a state or elections or manage centrally, he can actually do it out of a limited number of precincts, in one county, and then from that generate predictions that cover every county in the state. And other states for the elections are not centrally managed, he needs one for county, and then the result predicts the results for all other counties in the state.

Given that, it means that Shiva‘s position was not just incorrect, it was asinine. Absolutely asinine mathematically.

I saw it as a real head scratcher. Because I wondered, how could Shiva make such a bold mathematical error? I wasn’t going to say anything about it publicly, figure we will just have 100 flowers bloom and the different bloom will find their own direction.

But just like last weekend, while appearing at Caroline Wetherington‘s event, I ran into Doug Frank again. Again I pulled him aside and asked him about it, ask him why he thought Shiva would’ve made such an obvious mathematical error. “What did he say when you walked him through it?“

Dr. Frank’s answer was that Shiva had never contacted him, never spoken to him, refused to engage with him and refused to engage with any of the math in Doug Frank’s work.

It’s true, that’s a hell of a thing. Shiva is out there running down the academic work of another PhD but refusing actually to justify or even engage with it? No proof necessary? That is not an act of intellectual integrity.

Here’s another simple way people can get to the bottom of Shiva: find out if he has in fact engage with Doug Frank. Any actual mathematician who had an objection to Dr. Frank’s work could write something that explained why. Not just go around name-calling, but can actually put pen to paper and give a proof that explains why. He’s not done that, and recording to Doug Frank, is unwilling to talk or to actually read Doug Frank’s work.

Again, this is stuff that you folks out in the crowd can go check yourselves. Contact Steve and Shelby in Arizona. Contact Doug Frank and find out if this description is accurate.

If it is, then you know that in Shiva you’re dealing with a charlatan. No real scientist would act that way.

Having at request of a reader wasted 20 minutes of my time once again bitch-slapping/ exposing the Lin Wood contingent, is it OK if I just ignore these knuckleheads in the future? Assume whatever they say is a silly as this last thing I just debunked.

By the way, everything Shiva is claiming to have done, Jovan already did. The difference is Jovan is carefully teaching it all to law-enforcement, while Shiva plagiarized his work and goes public trying to snatch credit.

Wow. I’m glad the states are figuring this out. This was several bites of the elephant down the line for me in my plans. Yes this helps to happen across the country. You will understand why soon enough.
