TTP’s Jamaat-ul-Ahrar–affiliated media has claimed that its militants targeted police officers in the Qaidabad area of Khushab district, Punjab, as well as in Karachi, Sindh, resulting in the killing and wounding of police personnel.

However, no independent verification of these claims is available, and the TTP has not formally claimed responsibility through its central channels.

According to local media reports, the incident in Punjab was linked to a train-related accident, and no exchange of gunfire took place. Meanwhile, the incident in Sindh was reportedly an encounter between police and robbers, with video footage of the gunfire circulating.

It should be noted that the central TTP has often accused Jamaat-ul-Ahrar of making false or exaggerated claims.

ISKP has released the 13th issue of its Urdu-language magazine Nida-e-Khorasan, comprising 99 pages and covering a wide range of ideological and operational topics.

The editorial section promotes the concept of so-called β€œfinancial jihad,” while other sections glorify the Bondi Beach attack in Sydney and encourage sympathizers to carry out similar lone-actor attacks in Western countries.
The publication also discusses themes such as nationalism and democracy, presenting them through an extremist ideological lens.

It addresses the killing of Salafi cleric and known ISKP critic Izzatullah Muwahid in Peshawar, attempting to justify his assassination. The magazine references and critiques a broad spectrum of religious scholars and clerics, including Mufti Taqi Usmani, Maulana Idrees, Tariq Masood, Maulana Tariq Jameel, Fazlur Rehman, and Hafiz Saeed, among others.

Additionally, the issue contains a comparative discussion of execution practices related to sorcery, contrasting ISKP’s approach with that of the Taliban. It includes multiple religious and ideological articles, as well as commentary on recent counter-ISKP security operations by Turkiye.

The magazine also features a biographical profile of ISKP commander Mir Wali Afridi, alias Ayubi, from Khyber, who was killed during clashes with the Taliban. Throughout the publication, ISKP strongly criticizes rival militant groups, including the Taliban and Al-Qaeda. A substantial section is dedicated to Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP), in which TTP members and supporters are urged to defect and align themselves with ISKP.
