EASYFI SUPPORT PORTAL FOR EZ TOKENSWAP IS NOW LIVE
👉🏻 Easyfi Network has launched a support portal to address user queries & grievances related to $EZ #tokenswap.

👉🏻Users can now submit a support ticket on 4 diff categories of queries related to $EZ swaps on #Ethereum #Polygon & #Binance #Smartchain.
👉🏻 Each category of the #EasyFi Ticket System aims to solve all queries regarding balance reconciliation on CEXs, DEXs & LPs on 3 networks.
👉🏻 The 4 Categories are:
✅ Purchased on a #DEX after the snapshot
✅ Had #EASY tokens in the wallet at the time of snapshot, but did not get swapped tokens
✅ Purchased on #CEX but did not get swapped tokens
✅ Provided Liquidity on #DEX
👉🏻 Despite waiting for quite some time with a request for clarity, we have not received requisite information from ProBit, HitBTC and HotBit.
👉🏻 We are hence taking up this mantle to solve user queries related to these CEXs directly.
👉🏻 To initiate your query, first follow the guidelines in the detailed blog here to ensure you select the right category option for your problem.
