The forgotten Sunnah:
(What is to be said after reciting the Qur’aan?)

Don’t say: “Sadaq-Allaahul `Adheem” after completing the recitation, but say:

سُبْحَانَكَ وَبِحَمْدِكَ، لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا أَنْتَ، أَسْتَغْفِرُكَ وَأَتُوبُ إِلَيْكَ

‘Subhaanak wa bihamdika, Laa ilaaha illa anta, astaghfiruka wa atoobu ilayk’
