— I'm getting many DMs asking me about the leaked images from the wedding of the daughter of Iran's former SNSC chairman, Ali Shamkhani.
People criticize his daughter for 'not wearing hijab' and 'wearing a strapless dress'. They also criticize her for having an 'expensive wedding', even though it was clearly on the cheaper side of normal Iranian weddings.
Folks, this was a private and gender segregated wedding, with only women in attendance (except for her husband and dad). Islamically, she does NOT have to wear Hijab here, she can wear whatever she wants.
It's unfortunate that this footage was leaked, probably by one of the women, who was not aware of what she really posted. Whoever leaked this private moment and exposed the bride's privacy should be punished.
