The reason I don't think there'll be a civil war in America any time soon is because America is a 'convenience' society.

The people protesting / rioting right now are prepared to do it for a week, maybe several weeks at most. And then what?

The moment they can't get their Starbucks or Chick-fil-A anymore, they'll stand down. They don't want to sacrifice.

American society is too docile.

'The E3 have had SEVEN YEARS to implement their JCPOA commitments. They have utterly failed, either by design or ineptitude.

Instead of displaying remorse or a desire to facilitate diplomacy, the E3 is today promoting confrontation through the absurd demand that Iran must be punished for exercising its right under the JCPOA to respond to non-performance by counterparts.

As I have warned: Another major strategic mistake by the E3 will compel Iran to react STRONGLY. Blame will lie solely and FULLY with malign actors who shatter their own relevance.'

— NOTE: The E3 is France, Germany and the United Kingdom. Those are the remaining Western signatories of the original 2015 Nuclear Deal (officially called the JCPOA).

After the United States withdrew from the JCPOA in 2018, these European nations called on Iran to stay in the deal. So Iran did.

Slowly but surely, the E3 nations started to abandon their committments, and in response, in full compliance with the JCPOA, Iran did the same.

(The JCPOA allows Iran to scale back its committments if the other side fails its obligations).

These European countries are now complaining that Iran doesn't keep its committments, while they were the very first to abandon theirs.
