Project: Appointment of Consultants for Preparation of Detailed Master Plan for Township in Great Nicobar Island.

1. Water Supply & Sewerage specialist
Essential Qualifications & Experience:
· Master’s degree in Public Health Engineering (PHE)/ Infrastructure Planning Or Bachelor in Civil Engineering with field experience in water supply and sewerage projects designing .
· Minimum 12 years of experience in water supply and sewerage projects planning and designing. Depth knowledge in various Indian design standards like BIS, CPHEEO Manuals etc.

2. Disaster and Climate Expert
Essential Qualifications & Experience:
· Master’s in Disaster Management or allied subjects
· Minimum 10 years of experience in Disaster Management and Climate Change Experience in planning and developments in areas of high seismic in coastal areas, involving earth quake and tsunamis.

2. Housing Specialist:
Essential Qualifications & Experience:
· Master’s degree in the Housing Planning or related field
· Minimum 10 years of experience in slum redevelopment, housing standards, GIS/Remote sensing

4. Hospitality Expert
Essential Qualifications & Experience:
· Master’s Degree
· Minimum 10 years of experience in development of Hospitality/Tourism.

5. Architect &Urban Designer
Essential Qualifications & Experience:
· Master’s in Urban Design/Architecture
· Architect &Urban Design expert shall have minimum 10 years’ experience in preparation of urban design plans. Experience in TOD Plans and Schemes is essential.

6. Financial Expert
Essential Qualifications & Experience:
· Post Graduate degree in finance or economics
· The Financial expert will have 12 years extensive experience in municipal finance, project management, resource mobilization, public private partnership and urban infrastructure development. Expert will have experience in public policy preparation or toolkits preparation in resource mobilization for Indian cities

7. Landscape and Ecology Expert
Essential Qualifications & Experience:
· Master’s degree in Landscape or Ecology or allied subject.
· 10 years of experience in preparing blue green strategies and dealing with conservation of natural forest areas and biodiversity.
